Terms of Use

These terms apply to https://www.codefusiontech.com (the “Site”), operated by Code Fusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Code Fusion”, “we”, “us”), based at Kathmandu-10, Buddhanagar, Nepal. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These terms apply only to this public website. They do not replace a software, services, licensing, or employment contract. Project work and hiring are agreed separately in writing.

The Site describes Code Fusion’s software development services and products, and provides a way to contact us or apply for roles. Content is for general information. It is not an offer, quotation, or commitment to supply software or to employ you.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or error-free.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related systems, or other people’s data.
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or overloading our systems.
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial use without our prior written consent, other than ordinary browsing and sharing of public pages.
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material through the contact or careers channels.

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

If you send us a message or an application, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to send it. You grant us permission to use that material solely to respond to you and, for applications, to consider you for a role.

Do not send confidential business information through the public contact form unless we have asked you to. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for sensitive data.

The Site’s design, text, logos, graphics, and software are owned by Code Fusion or used under licence. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Product names on the Site, including eHMIS, SAMYANTRA, PIS, जन-आवाज, PMIS, ICMS, identify our products. You may not use our name, logo, or product names in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or origin without our prior written permission.

You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not reproduce the Site, or a substantial part of it, for commercial purposes without permission.

Information on the Site is a general description of our work. It is not legal, medical, financial, or technical advice, and it is not a warranty that any product or service will meet a particular requirement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Code Fusion is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including loss of data, business, revenue, or indirect or consequential loss — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Nepal, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The Site may link to third-party websites, maps, social media, or application forms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies, and a link is not an endorsement.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that notice.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The current version is the one on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts in Kathmandu have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, without limiting any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Code Fusion about use of the Site.
